We can use their existing plans to generate a construction estimate and assemble the necessary teams to begin work.

In fact, many of our clients are not based in Hawaii, and we use digital tools, such as phone calls, video calls, and email, to ensure clear communication and involvement throughout the process. This flexibility allows us to work efficiently with clients no matter where they are located.
Permits, Selections & Showroom
Our permitting department takes care of all necessary permits and approvals. While there may be additional costs for this service, we ensure everything is managed to comply with local regulations.
Clients can absolutely choose their high-end appliances, fixtures, and smart home systems through us. We work with trusted vendors and contractors, and we are happy to facilitate the selection process using our accounts.
We offer a variety of finish samples, and we are currently developing a showroom to better serve our clients. In the meantime, we can arrange walkthroughs at some of our ongoing projects to give clients an in-person look at the work we’ve done.

Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty on labor for all of our projects, whether it’s a custom home build or a renovation.
